Sanjay finally got arrested

I know, it’s been a long journey, but we are almost at the end.
There are reports that Sanjay Kanodia, former CEO of Pervacio got arrested in India.
Also there is a big case building against him for abusing PPP money in the US
This would not have been possible without the information sent to us here, which we could send anonymously the the local law enforcement agencies.
We would like to thank everyone for the support we got, at least now some of you can sleep better or sleep at all.

Dont worry guys, this is not over.

Sorry, but i have been a little busy in the past few weeks.
I’ve got a few really nice leads to go on, (so the contact form is working, which is nice) those will take time but it will be worth it.
Another thing i would like to mention, that this small little blog was made as a memento, for a fact that the internet never forget. But as i see the trafic graph, it’s getting some attention, never expected anything like it!
I see visitors, all around the world. Which is nice, because soon everyone will know not to deal with Pervacio.

It’s never too late!

For anyone still working at this dumpster fire “company”, i feel really sorry for you. You probably all had expectations about life, plans, future, which went down the drain in the past years thanks to Pervacio.
I know about great guys who became alcoholic, families ruined, mortgages foreclosed.
If you have knowledge of any criminal activity, or tax evasion by Pervacio (other than not paying salaries), it’s time to blow the whistle. It might be too late to get back the time you wasted, but you can save so many naive and young people from getting exploited by this “company”.

You can send anything to us with the contact form at the top of this page.
And if it checks out, we will do what needs to be done, and no one will ever know that you were involved.

This small blog will stay here as a memento, and as a warning for the future. If your paycheck ever bounces back RUN, it will be hard for a while i won’t lie to you, but still better than the alternative what you can see here.

Hats off to John and Sertan, they did it! ~400k$ NOT down the drain!

Looks like the only way to get your money from Pervacio is to sue them (what a surprise, really…), because Pervacio will do anything and everything to hide from you (not returning emails, calls). But i am sure i don’t have to introduce this to anyone working at, or more likely to anyone who have been worked at Pervacio.

IF you really would like you can check out the lawsuits against Pervacio at
https://unicourt.com/

Just search for Pervacio, and use the case numbers to search in the public records (one great thing about our legal system, Pervacio can’t hide this)

Like at https://www.dallascounty.org/services/record-search/

Just for your convinience here are 2 documents from the source above.

Really? Great work, that’s how you run a business?

On July 9, 2019, the O’Brien Law Firm sued Pervacio, Inc. for the second time, to recover substantial unpaid compensation for one of its former executives. Pervacio, Inc. is led by founder and CEO Sanjay Kanodia. The O’Brien Law Firm previously sued Pervacio, Inc. and successfully recovered $93,000 for the firm’s client from Pervacio’s bank account with Silicon Valley Bank. The new case is Cause No. CC-19-03982-A, in the County Court of Dallas County, Texas. The firm’s client is claiming over $347,000 in unpaid salary, benefits, and bonuses for his work for Pervacio, helping to secure substantial contracts with Asurion and Hyla.

Not paying your employee is bad for business

On december 12, 2018, the O’Brien Law firm obtained a judgement against Irving-based mobile device automation company pervacio, Inc., headed by CEO Sanjay Kanodia, for over $92,000, on behalf of a former employee who Pervacio, Inc. had refused to pay. That employee is owed both his regular salary as well as compensation that pervacio, Inc. promised him through his contract with the company. Sanjay Kanodia continued to refuse to have Pervacio, Inc. pay the firm’s client even after the judgement was issued. Therefore, on April 29, 2019, the O’Brien Law Firm obtained a court order that appointed austin board certified business attorney Peter Ruggero as pervacio’s “reciever,” giving Ruggero the legal power to control, receive, and sell all non-exempt property of Pervacio, Inc., including it appears all funds in the company’s bank account with silicon valley Bank of California. The case is Cause No. C-1-CV-18-008692 in Travis Court at Law No. 1.
